Toni W. Miller, DMD, MDS
Toni W. Miller, DMD, MDS, graduated Summa Cum Laude from Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland, where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she received the prestigious Zugsmith Memorial Award for merit and was a member of the National Dental Honor Society (Omicron Kappa Upsilon).
Dr. Miller completed her specialty training in Periodontics and received a Master of Dental Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. She served as a full time Assistant Professor in the Department of Periodontics for 4 years.
She moved to Atlanta, Georgia and accepted a teaching position at Emory University where she served on the teaching and research staff for four years before establishing a full time private practice in Atlanta, Georgia.
Dr. Miller has received advanced training in the surgical placement of dental implants, the use of dental lasers in the treatment of certain forms of gum disease and the use of conscious sedation. Dr. Miller is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology (Board Certified) and was selected as one of Atlanta’s Top Dentists in 2010, featured in Atlanta Magazine.
Dr. Miller has been in full time private practice in Atlanta, Georgia since 1988 serving her community and the surrounding metro Atlanta area. She is a well-qualified and caring practictioner who is dedicated to providing her patients with the highest level of periodontal care.
Dr. Miller is an active member in some of the most respected organizations in her field, including the American Academy of Periodontology, the Southern Academy of Periodontology, the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, and the Georgia Dental Society.
